Created on film during my graduate studies, this work captures a moment of intentional escape. On an afternoon when my research felt like a dead end, I took a two-hour MRT ride to leave the urban chaos behind and reach the coast. This was my ritual to retreat, to reflect, and to breathe. In a world defined by relentless speed, I chose the slowest medium of photography—film—to recalibrate my existence and rediscover my own rhythm.
