This project explores the theme of redefining beauty standards in food photography. It highlights the aesthetic and emotional value of imperfect produce by portraying a subject playfully covering their eyes with irregularly shaped vegetables—carrots and potatoes that deviate from market ideals. The composition symbolizes “seeing without judgment,” inviting viewers to reconsider how visual perfection influences perception. Through this concept, the work promotes inclusivity, sustainability, and a deeper appreciation for the natural diversity found in everyday ingredients.
