Merging the boundaries between landscape and abstraction, this work presents a solitary human figure navigating the monumental geometry of a snow-covered mountain. The composition is anchored by a stark diagonal plane of ice that bisects the frame, creating a visual tension between the weight of the earth and the openness of the sky. Within this Nature & Experimental context, the skier becomes a measure of scale—transforming an overwhelming natural expanse into a minimalist study of form, texture, and negative space.
